About Jessica Wolfe, WI, LCSW

I believe that if we do not cope and deal with trauma that happens in our life, trauma will take over and infiltrate into all areas of our life.  I work with adult clients and empower them to take control of their lives and not be mere spectators in their life journey.  I have experience in counseling stroke survivors and survivors of sexual, physical, emotional and mental abuse. In addition, I’m experienced in helping clients work through grief and loss issues. My approach is diverse and client specific focusing on empowerment and becoming active participants in our life. By utilizing psycho-therapeutic techniques consistent with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and mindfulness approaches I help clients to understand that their trauma and/or grief does not define who they are. By helping clients to shift their perception of self and change their filter of how they see their world, beautiful growth can take place. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients heal and to empower them to live to their highest potential. I hold a CA LCSW license, WI LCSW license, CO LCSW license and able to meet with clients via online during mutually agreeable days and times.
